Oxfam

We are delighted to announce that our official charity for Festival 2011 is Oxfam, throughout December we will support Oxfam and hope to raise enough money to build a classroom in the third world.  Oxfam will also receive half of our ticket sales from our Opening Night on the 1st December.

Oxfam will have a pop-up shop in our Arran Room alongside our Santa's Grotto and Rocking Rudolph througout December.  The shop will offer a selection of gift items that can be purchased that will really make a difference and change lives "great gifts and world change, all in one basket".  Have a look at their website for gift ideas at Oxfam online.

The RSPB will also be present throughout December alongside Oxfam in the Arran room where they will have a stand focusing on their reintroduction programme of the White-Tailed Eagle into various parts of Western Scotland.

As a family owned business we want to show as much support to all Charities and continue to strive as an environmentally friendly business having received a silver award for Green Tourism.  We feel that this is a great opportunity to work with both these charities RSPB campaigning for healthy environments for wildlife and Oxfam camapigning to work with others to overcome poverty and suffering.  We feel the presence of both Oxfam and the RSPB will be of interest to our customers at our Christmas Festival 2011.
