Santa’s Ice Palace Grotto

Looking for some where to see Santa?  Yes he is coming to Ayrshire Town!

Santa in his incredible magical ice palace here on the Ayrshire Coast. Santa will be here throughout December making sure all the good little boys and girls get on to his list for the Christmas Eve deliveries!

Ticket price for Santa's Grotto is £5, where children will receive a special wrapped gift to remember their visit. Santa Claus is always a popular attraction with children of all ages so you may have a short wait; he always likes to check his list twice before seeing the next wee one!

Visiting Santa Claus is the perfect addition to any Christmas family day out and with so much festive fun everywhere around our Ayrshire Christmas Wonderland, whether it be the bouncy castle for the wee ones or our fabulous outdoor ice skating rink for the whole family.

Santa's Grotto in Ayrshire will be open throughout December including Christmas Day.  How fantastic if you are coming for Christmas Day Lunch, the kids will be thrilled being able to visit Santa's Grotto in Ayrshire on this magical day!

Santa's Ice Palace Grotto is not pre-bookable, tokens can be purchased from throughout the hotel on the day.  Please note that tokens are non-refundable.

Santa's Ice Palace opens to the public on 2nd December.

On Christmas Day Santa's ice Palace will open from 1pm and close at 5pm.
